Mini-Battle Royale (with Cheese): Headphones
I fooled around and fell in love… with a lot of different headphones.
I’ve compared the AirPods and the BeatsX headphones, and I’ve compared the AirPods and the AirPods Pro. But these aren’t the only head phones I own, or use.
Over the last year, I really became hooked on bluetooth headphones. Sure, the wired EarPods that came with my iPhone are sufficient, however, they are still wired, and since they now come with a Lightning connector instead of the 3.5mm headphone jack, that means they only work with my Apple products (and, to note, not even with all Apple products).
Since I recently settled on a Surface laptop as my daily computer, I don’t get the luxury of using one pair of bluetooth buds to sync with all of my devices, either. No magic pairing of my AirPods with my computer and my phone/tablet/watch. And since I’m working from home, I end up using a variety of headphones depending on my needs throughout the day (read: how loud or quiet my household is), and a wired pair rarely- if ever- feels like the right fit.
This Battle Royale is going to play out a little differently, however. I’m not going to pick two pairs of headphones and battle them to the death. No, instead, I’m going to talk a little about each pair of headphones that I use…
